The Line (Black Section): Examples include: “Your gym routine is working, your body looks incredible”, asking a religious coworker if they’ve had sex before marriage, showing coworkers photos of your favourite influencer in swimwear, pranking coworkers by pulling each other’s pants down, and saying: “I can’t stop thinking about you. You’re really beautiful and we could be happy together if you’d just give me a chance.” Below the Line – Considered Harassment (Red Section): No specific quotes appear in this section, but it indicates that behaviours below this point are considered harassment. The graphic encourages reflection on workplace behaviour and reinforces the importance of boundaries and respectful conduct.
