Workshop & Morning Tea: Your Rights at Work

Join us at the Working Women’s Centre for a 1-hour workshop for migrant workers about the basic rights that all workers need to know. We’ll touch on topics such as contracts, types of employment, awards and pay, conditions and safety. Stay for a light morning tea and friendly chats afterwards with other workshop participants and Working Women’s Centre staff.

 

When: Tuesday 16 June, 10am – 11:30am
Where: Level 2, 81 Flinders Street, Adelaide CBD
Who: This workshop is presented by the Working Women’s Centre SA, and is aimed to support people who have migrated to Australia who are employed or seeking employment.

 

This event is part of Refugee Week 2026 which runs from 14 – 20 June.
