Quynh Nguyen

Quynh is a Lawyer at the Working Women’s Centre SA. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Quynh is a considered and determined advocate for workers navigating difficult workplace situations, combining careful and methodical legal analysis with practical advice and judgment.

Before joining the Centre, Quynh developed experience across litigation, dispute resolution and complex advisory work in the testamentary, civil and criminal law jurisdictions. She has worked on contested matters involving difficult legal questions, competing interests and high personal stakes, with exposure to proceedings in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of South Australia, as well as federal courts, tribunals and appellate matters.

At the Working Women’s Centre, Quynh brings a deep sense of justice to her work and is committed to helping workers understand their rights, make confident decisions and access strong advocacy when they are facing unfairness or unequal power at work.

Outside her legal practice, Quynh has contributed through volunteer leadership and governance roles, including with a community organisation supporting women affected by disadvantage and exclusion. This work has strengthened her belief that meaningful access to justice is more than just legal advice. It is about ensuring people are treated with dignity, understood in the context of their lives, and supported to take meaningful action.
