The Howling Owl, AdelaideWe’re partnering with the Australian Services Union (ASU) to deliver an in-person CPD session for lawyers on the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in cases of sexual harassment and discrimination.
This session will explore legal professional obligations and best practice approaches for lawyers regarding confidentiality and NDAs.
